LakeWest Group is seeking experienced consultants to join our team.
Responsibilities (Manager):
Independently lead a project team in developing solutions for clients using firm methodologies; manage complex projects through to successful completion within established resource parameters; regular interaction with project executive and client; execute formal project reviews; generate leads from network of business contacts and participate in marketing efforts; participate in the recruitment, management, and development of consultants.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of Consulting or internal project management experience required
- Thorough knowledge of project management methods
- Business process experience
- Functional or consulting experience in Retail and Technology required
- Experience in leading retail merchandise and POS software
- Exceptional business communications skills are required
- Presentation and marketing ability
- Ability and willingness to travel 80%-100% is required
Type of Position:
Full-time
Responsibilities (Senior Consultant):
Apply knowledge of general business and technical issues within an industry segment to assigned engagements; complete complex analyses of business issues, drawing comprehensive conclusions, and making appropriate recommendations; participate in defining and managing project scope; assist in developing project plans and managing project resources; lead parts of a project team in developing engagement work products.
Qualifications:
MBA
- Minimum three years of Retail experience including managing project segments independently or within a project team
- Functional or Consulting experience in Retail and Technology required
- Experience in leading retail merchandise and POS software
- Team leadership experience is essential
- Excellent analytical thinking ability and strong communications skills
- Ability and willingness to travel 80%-100% is required
